Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Time:

The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.

You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the products and order confirmation.

During sale period, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered to your own address. Outshoppers will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery at the self-pickup point or third-party source.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a prepaid or postpaid order, please reach out to us as soon as possible (within 24 hours). Upon cancellation of prepaid order, we will accommodate you for your payment.

Once the Order is “in process”, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Card Payments:

We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank's instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

Outshoppers reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.

 

Cash on Delivery Payments:

We welcome the customers to check and make sure the contents of their order/s are intact before even making final payment to Delivery Person. You, as a customer, have a right to return the package before making payment.

 

Payment Security:

If you face any problem after making payment too, we will only able to assist you if the contents of the items are unopened and undamaged. To return the package you will need to notify us within 15 days via email or Watsapp and then you will need to send us back the package; this is applied to all prepaid credit/debit card orders as well. The customer might have to face delivery charges depending on the circumstance of their return. Upon successful Return, we will check the order contents and send payment back via customer bank or payment receiving sources. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more info.

 

Delivery Charges:

There are fixed shipping/delivery charges and subject to change, will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan. The customers can avail FREE Shipping on specific amount of order value, depending on current policies.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched you will receive updated via email/SMS. If you don't get any tracking updates, please contact us via email or Watsapp.

 

Order Changes and Amendments:

You can revise your order so that it's just the way you want it by contacting us via email or Watsapp immediately before dispatching the order or if the order hasn’t already been processed, we'll be happy to assist you.
